Lauralyn attended Brigham Young University on a Dance Scholarship where she was a member of the acclaimed BYU Cougarette Dance Team. She graduated from BYU with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Dance Education and then went on to teach dance at Timpview High School where she served as the Dance Department Chair, Dance Company Director, and Competition Dance/Drill Team Coach. Lauralyn has an extensive background in all styles of dance and has choreographed for many artistic dance company performances, theater/musical productions, dance/drill team and studio competition routines, television commercials, pageants, fashion shows, bowl game half time shows, and televised production shows. Lauralyn has been the “Stadium of Fire” choreographer for the past 21years and was a member of the 2002 SLC Olympic Opening and Closing Ceremonies Choreography Team. Lauralyn is also an Emmy Award winning choreographer.
Lauralyn has been heavily involved in the dance industry for over 30 years. She has organized, directed, and taught at hundreds of events including dance camps, workshops, master classes, concerts, competitions, and more. She is the co-owner and director of the Miss Drill Utah Solo Championship, Studio Solo Championship, Rocky Mountain Drill Invitational, Best of Drill Invitational, and her newest venture - FULL OUT Productions – a dance education service built to develop success and mentorship for dancers, teachers, choreographers, coaches, and directors.
Lauralyn has been a certified judge both nationally and internationally for 20+ years. She was the recipient of “Judge of the Year” award in 2018 presented by the Utah Dance Judges Association.
Along with Lauralyn’s extensive dance background, she is also heavily involved in the Fitness industry. Lauralyn is certified in Acrobatic Arts, Barre Fitness, Kickboxing, Powerflex, and Silver Sneakers Fitness. She has been teaching group fitness classes at VASA Fitness for the past 21 yrs.
Lauralyn has a real passion for dance, staying active, and mentoring people of all ages. Her mantra is "Be Brave, Be Positive, Keep Trying, and Never Give Up!”
Jordan attended Snow College and the University of Utah as a major in the School of Dance where she received her AS and BFA respectively, in Modern Dance Performance with an emphasis in Education. Following her undergrad, Jordan studied at Southern Utah University receiving a Masters in Fine Art Administration.
Jordan is currently to co-owner of Best of Drill and Rocky Mountain Drill Competitions, owner of her own photography business and restaurant! She has been an assistant choreographer for the Stadium of Fire, a Baruch Gayton Entertainment Group Production, since 2018 and worked with Lauralyn Kofford in the Thrive 125: A Utah Celebration of Arts/Entertainment 2020-2021. Jordan was a drill team coach for 11 years, as well as a competition and ballet director at many studios in the valley. Jordan has been recognized for her teaching methods in Dance Teacher Magazine (Dec. 2014) and as a guest with the Canadian Podcast Dance WT Me (Dec. 2020)
She is PBT (progressive ballet technique) certified and has since continued her education and dance training through professional development courses and educators training around the country. Throughout her career Jordan has performed with many professional organizations and companies including the Martha Graham Company (NYC) and Repertory Dance Theatre (SLC), Odyssey Dance Theatre (SLC) and more.
As a freelance artist and entrepreneur, Jordan is currently creating new work as a dancer, choreographer, teacher, and traveler, both on a national and international level. Most recently she culminated a “teaching toolkit” which has be presented to teachers, coaches, and mentors as a syllabus/training guide and pedagogical resource.
Kyra
Kyra Skye Montfleury fell in love with dance at a young age after attending her first dance class. Throughout her years of dancing, she went on to win several overall solo championship titles, in the categories of contemporary, lyrical, hip-hop, and jazz. Continuing on with her dream, she began choreographing award-winning soloist and group routines. Kyra has taught at many studios and camps all over Utah as well as out of state. While attending Bingham High School, she was a Minerette and was the recipient of the Sterling Scholar award in dance. During her high school years, she was also an All-State drill team member and a top-ten finalist in the Miss Dance Drill Team USA pageant. Kyra was a member of the UVU dance team in 2017. She coached drill for Mountain Ridge and Skyridge High Schools. She continues to teach technique and choreograph dance routines for soloists and groups. She loves to inspire her students to grow a love for dance, as she did!
Morgan
Morgan has been a part of Utah’s dance community performing and teaching for 23 years. She is trained in Jazz, Contemporary, Ballet, Pointe, Modern, and Hip-Hop, and was a scholarship recipient from Jump and Joe Tremaine during her training. In High School, Morgan was a member of her Dance Company and Drill Team where she served 1 year as head drill mistress and 1 year as head captain. Morgan was the first student in her school to letter in both programs during each of her 3 years. She was a member of the All-State team her junior and senior years and a representative at nationals with Miss Dance/Drill Team Utah. She began teaching and coaching soon after graduating and has been able to work with various teams in Utah, Idaho, Wyoming, and Nevada with choreography and competition prep. Morgan was a part of the National Basketball Associations Utah Jazz as an America First Jazz Dancer and has been able to continue performing with local charity organizations. She is currently working as a choreographer, teacher, and adjudicator while pursuing her degree as a professional counselor. Choreography interests: Dance Routine, Character, Military, Lyrical, Hip Hop, Solos, Duos, and Trios.
Sariah
Sariah Starr Geertsen, Fueled by a lifelong passion for dance since the age of three, has emerged as a distinguished professional in the field. Her exceptional journey includes securing multiple overall high-point titles in lyrical, contemporary, and jazz categories. As a pivotal figure on the Mountain Ridge High School drill team, where she served as an officer for three years, Sariah consistently garnered solo competition victories for both her drill team and studio.
Acknowledged as an All- State drill team member during her sophomore and senior years, she further earned acclaim as the Female Larry H. Miller Student Athlete of the Year for Salt Lake County in 2021-2022. Beyond her accomplishments, Sariah Starr excels as an Acro teacher, imparting her knowledge to students of all ages and levels. Her commitment extends to teaching technique and tumbling classes, along with choreographing captivating dance routines in hip-hop, contemporary, jazz, and lyrical genres for soloists and groups. While pursuing studies in the pre-dental program at UVU, Sariah remains dedicated to realizing her dreams and goals, yet her true joy lies in the art of teaching dance to students of all ages.
Jerra
Jerra Stout grew up training at the award-winning Center Stage Performing Arts Studio in Orem, UT specializing in ballet, jazz, contemporary, and hip hop. Jerra was a member of her high school drill team for two years and won the title of Miss Dance Drill Utah in 2009. She was a 3-year member of the national-winning BYU Cougarette dance team throughout college and won four national championships while on the team. Jerra then coached the national-winning drill team at Bingham High School from 2015-2018 before moving to Texas and then Washington where she taught dance at local studios and judged drill competitions in both states. Jerra continues to be a freelance teacher and choreographer for various high school dance teams and studios across several states and her choreography has won many 1st place and Choreography Awards over the years. Jerra is a mom of 2 and is excited to teach dance in Utah again and is looking forward to being a part of Full Out's staff!
Thayne
Thayne Jasperson joins our FULL OUT Productions staff bringing his incredible energy, talent, experience, and expertise. Originally from Springville, UT, Thayne made his way to New York City where he has been in numerous Broadway Shows including the Original Broadway cast: Hamilton (Samuel Seabury/King(us)/John Laurens(us)), Newsies (Astaire Award Nominee), Matilda, Finding Neverland (A.R.T), Only Gold MCC. National Tours: West Side Story, Oz (Scarecrow). He was featured as a finalist in Season 4 on the TV show So You Think You Can Dance (2008). Thayne is also in multiple Films including Hamilton, High School Musical 1 & 2, MTV’s American Mall. @thaynejasperson

My name is Gemma Hansen, I have been dancing since I was 5 years old. I grew up doing studio and was on the drill team and dance company in high school. I was captain of the drill team my junior and senior year and co president of the dance company. I was my high schools dance sterling scholar and was blessed to make it to the state level with that scholarship. After high school I studied modern dance and ballet at UVU for a while and was on their contemporary company “Synergy” while I was there. Since then I have had the opportunity to teach dance camps, choreograph for drill teams, dance companies and studios and help with productions such as the Stadium of Fire and the Miss Rodeo America Pageant and fashion show.
Ellie
Ellie Sandstrom is a dynamic and accomplished individual whose passion for dance and commitment to excellence have shaped her remarkable journey. With a four-year tenure as a dedicated member of the Snow Canyon Drill Team, Ellie has showcased her exceptional talent and leadership on and off the stage.
Her dance foundation was cultivated at OnStage Dance Studio, where she honed her skills and developed a profound love for the art form. Ellie's dedication and prowess earned her the prestigious title of Sterling Scholar winner, a testament to her outstanding achievements in dance and academics.
Throughout her time on the Snow Canyon Drill Team, Ellie not only demonstrated exceptional technical ability but also emerged as a natural leader. She served in pivotal roles such as Choreography Captain, Junior Captain, and ultimately Captain, exemplifying her ability to inspire and guide her teammates to success.
Ellie's excellence extended beyond her team as she earned coveted spots in the Allstate Drill in both 2018-2019 and 2019-2020, solidifying her place among the top performers in the state. Her participation in this elite event showcased not only her individual skill but also her dedication to pushing the boundaries of her craft.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Health & Kinesiology with a minor in Nutrition at the University of Utah, Ellie continues to channel her passion for health and well-being. This academic pursuit reflects her holistic approach to personal development, combining her love for dance with a commitment to understanding and promoting physical wellness.
In addition to her academic pursuits, Ellie contributes to her local dance community through teaching and choreographing. Her impact is felt not only through her performances but also in her ability to impart knowledge and inspire the next generation of dancers.
Notably, Ellie has been a fixture in Odyssey's Thriller for eight years, showcasing her versatility and enduring love for performance. Her consistent participation in this iconic production highlights her enduring commitment to the art of dance and her willingness to engage in diverse and challenging projects.

Kirsten
Kirsten Stout has danced and tumbled for 22 years and trained in jazz, lyrical, contemporary, hip hop, ballet, tumbling, and acro at Synergy Dance Academy. Kirsten is from West Jordan Utah and graduated from Copper Hills High School in 2016. While attending copper hills, she was a member of the drill team where she won 3 state championships. She was able to be a part of the All-State drill team her junior and senior year. Kirsten competed in Miss Drill Utah as well as Miss Drill USA where she won the title of Miss Drill International when competing against people from all around the world. She danced for four years at Utah Valley University where she was the captain of the UVU Dance Team, and won 6 National Championships and a world championship gold medal. Kirsten is now a nurse at primary children’s hospitals in the oncology unit and loves it! Kirsten loves teaching dance and helping to shape creative young minds! She is so excited to be apart of this amazing Full Out staff this summer!
Kali
Sydney
Sydney fell in love with dance in her very first class over 20 years ago. She has trained in ballet, pointe, jazz, contemporary, modern, tap, hip hop, musical theater, and lyrical. She was awarded a Senior Ballet Scholarship from Tara Foy of The Royal Ballet, and was awarded an audition with Juilliard in her senior year of high school. She was awarded a dance scholarship at Southern Utah University and danced through college. She enjoyed two years on the SUU dance team while she studied dance, nutrition and family science. She was awarded a spot in the top ten dancers at NDA dance camp her freshman year of college. She starting teaching in her parents basement at 12 years old where she created a program focused on movement introduction for low income families with young children. She has taught at studios since she was 16 and has judged studio competitions for 7 years. She coached high school drill for two years before becoming a drill team judge. She has judged in both Utah and Idaho. Her choreography has received awards at multiple competitions for various levels and genres. She loved being a part of the Stadium of Fire staff this last year as well as teaching at summer camps. One of the most important parts of teaching to Sydney is continuing her education. Whether it’s a book in her hand, a class/conference or observation of others, Sydney is always striving to refine her craft. She now enjoys teaching at studios, judging studio and high school drill team competitions, choreographing for studios, drill teams, and soloists as well as consulting for drill teams all across the state. Sydney has an awesome husband an almost 3 year old son and they are so excited for baby number two to join the family in May. She loves spending time with family, loves the beach and summer time.

Sadie
Sadie Adair, originally from Monticello, Utah, and now residing in Pleasant Grove, has been immersed in the world of dance since the age of 3. A seasoned performer, she has showcased her talents with renowned companies such as Star Steps Dance Company, The Studio, and Dancers Edge Company, excelling in various competition teams and individual solo competitions.
Sadie's extensive training encompasses a diverse range of dance styles, including jazz, hip hop, lyrical, pom, contemporary, tumbling, acro, ballet, point, kick, and character. Her choreographic prowess shines through in crafting captivating group routines and numerous solo performances.
Throughout high school, Sadie's dedication to dance has been underscored by her participation in many dance and drill team programs. Notably, she danced with Monticello's Drill Team from 2020-2022, earning accolades such as the All-Region Team award in 2021 and was selected as a member on the 2A All-State Drill Team in 2022. Presently, Sadie is a vital member of Pleasant Grove's Drill Team (2022-2024), where she recently received the All-Region Team award for 2024. Additionally, she contributed her talents as a member of the Pleasant Grove High School's Dance Company.
Beyond her team engagements, Sadie was selected as a Specialty Dancer for the Stadium of Fire show for the past three years. Her passion for dance extends to her eagerness to contribute to the dance community and work with dancers of all ages and abilities. As a proud staff assistant of Full Out Productions, Sadie looks forward to empowering fellow dancers, fostering self-discovery, and nurturing their love for dance
Tayla
Talya Seal trained at Hi-Light Dance Academy for 12 years honing her skills in hip hop, jazz, contemporary, lyrical, and ballet. In high school, she was a member of the Lone Peak Drill Team and was captain of her team for three years. Talya was selected as a member of the prestigious All-State Drill Team in 2023. She is currently a member of the Southern Utah University Dance Team. Talya loves teaching lots of different styles of dance and has enjoyed working with dancers of all ages. She looks forward to being a staff assistant with FULL OUT Productions at their Summer Dance Camps!
Megan
Megan started dancing at the young age of five years old. She has trained in all styles including jazz, ballet, contemporary, tap, and hip hop. At 13 years old she joined the pre-professional company Odyssey 2 and attended Kirov Academy of Ballets summer program in Washington DC. She had the opportunity to perform with the Utah Lyric Opera in 2012. She has been also given the chance to be apart of Beyond 5’s “That’s what you do” music video, danced with MC Hammer, was the premier model/tap dancer for MAC cosmetics summer line “Hey Sailor!”, and a ballerina in the movie “12 dogs of Christmas 2”. In the fall of 2013 she became of member of the professional company Odyssey Dance Theatre for 4 seasons, performing numerous shows, including performing in a European Tour. She performed with the National Tour of “Disney Jr. Live on tour: Pirate & Princess Adventure” where she portrayed the role of “Cinderella” . Megan participated in the Divinity Dance company video “The Greatest Show”, Peter Hollens “This is me”, SOPHOS commercial, “No Freakin Way” commercial Sonnet James dance off video, Kortni Jean Swimwear video, and Sofia Wylies “Mama Mia”. Megan started her own professional dance company SHIFT in 2020 which has led her to choreographing multiple shows for her company, 90&9 Fighter, opening for Carrie Underwood, performing alongside Collin Raye, and many more for Usana and Younique. Megan has been the director at The Pointe Academy for the last 4 years and has taught for 15 years. Megan also completed her Classical Pilates Certification and Acrobatic Arts Certification so she can incorporate it into all of her classes!
Hailey
Hailey, from Mesa, Arizona, boasts an extensive background in studio dance, having dedicated herself to mastering various styles since the tender age of 3. Throughout her high school years, she showcased her leadership prowess as a distinguished member and eventual captain of the Mountain View Toro Varsity Pom Team, securing an impressive array of accolades including 6 state titles and numerous national championships. Post-graduation, Hailey transitioned seamlessly into Continuum, a revered pre-professional dance company nestled in Utah County, where she flourishes as an integral member, nurturing her passion for dance. In addition to her commitments with Continuum, Hailey imparts her expertise as a dance instructor at a local studio, and as of the 2023-24 season, assumes the role of assistant coach for the esteemed Lone Peak Drill Team. Committed to her journey of personal and professional growth, Hailey finds fulfillment in her multifaceted roles as a dancer, teacher, and coach.
